hey. IM only on the 4 lesson, but i was worried about the medicine thing, bc i dont take any, and i never have. But i hear all these peopel talk about they take them, and blabla .... but i thought that the program adn the workbook would work alone?? so my question is how do u know when you need meds or not???? can i please hae some advice??

If a pill was truly the answer to any of this, don�t you think we�d all be taking it?

I was in a similar spot as you years ago. Drug-users and licensed drug-pushers made me wonder if �medication� may help while working on any of this. I caved-in, thinking there was not much to lose. I was wrong! Today, I would only consider drugs as an alternative to being hospitalized. I�ve never been hospitalized, but even then I would not voluntarily cave-in to the licensed drug-pushers.

I�m sure some current drug users may disagree and some may even paint some rosy picture of their drug use, but you�ve got to ask yourself: How valid is information from a drug-user whose reality has been masked?

There are lots of websites devoted entirely to sharing personal experiences with various drugs. They allow you to search the personal postings by typing in any specific drug you�re curious about finding posts on. One such site you may want to consider exploring is Dr. Bob�s

If you dont feel like you need them dont take them. Unless you feel totally out of control and you cant handle it.With the program I doubt very seriously if you`ll need meds.the only time we feel out of control is when we have panic attacks and now we can control those,so for myself i dont need it anymore.i was on meds for many years before the program,now i dont feel the need for them at all.you`ll no if you need them. STAY STRONG !
