Hi everyone! I'd really like to hear from anyone who's used Buspar. I'm not using now but doing some research for the following reason. right now I'm using effexor and it's working well. there's one small problem. Sexual side effects. My Dr. said that side effect should disappear in a couple of months. However, it might not. He said if it doesn't go away that Buspar could be used to eliminate the sexual side effects of effexor. What can anyone tell me about their experience with buspar ??

I have never used BUSPAR but have asked my doctor about it. He said that his opinion is that it doesn't work well and wants me to stay on the med I am on which is Oxazepam. This is habit forming and unfortunately, I can't seem to do without it. That is why I asked about Buspar but to no avail. I understand it isn't "habit forming." UGH!!
