i want to cut my pill into 4. a knife doesnt cut smoothly enough. so how can i cut it neatly?

First of all. Did your doctor say okay to cut in 4? Some pills shouldn't be cut. I think the time-released ones. Ask your doctor. If it's okay, you can get a pill cutter at any pharmacy.
