Anger and anxiety is what I am working through.

I just wanted to encourage everyone to put exercise everyday as the top of your list of things to do everyday and I further encourage a warm detoxing bath (epson salts) and drink extra water (100oz), once a week. I continue to be amazed how I feel like so wonderful all day when ever I exercise and take care of myself and how crappy I feel if I don't. What I love about this program is that it has given me all these great ideas that I can experiment with and customize what works for me. I feel more empowered then I have in my entire life.
