The doctor prescribed it for me today..i took it and im a little nervous about it...

Never heard of it. Looked it up and seems to be used for cancer patients, schizophrenia (spelling?) and others. What did they prescribe it to you for? I'd do some research if you're not sure.

well my doctor said in small doses its used for anti nausea and anxiety. I'm only on 5MG as opposed to like 25MG or more. On my sheet of paper i got about it when i got the prescriptionall it said wa that its a nti nausiant but used for other conditions as prescribed byt he doctor*shrug*

hm? well I suppose they know what they're doing (?). My opinion is that your nausea is probably somewhat caused by your anxiety , and there are a lot of good anti anxiety medications out there specifically for anxiety. so, maybe you should ask your dr why he gave you that rather than something else. Not that it's bad......that's just what I would do. And......this program too.

Well i didn't understand why he gave me a different kinda of drug at first instead of a benzodiazipine but i think its caus emy specific problem is the nausea...and he said that this drug in small doses is used as a anti anxiety pill too its just one of the old school ones. He said its a good anti anxiety pill that prevents nausea so i guess we shall see!

this is good to know as this is my problem with anxiety too, i am so scared of the uncontrollable vomiting, i too tried the benzo's but they never helped with the upset stomach, i might ask my dr about it
