I have been taking Remeron for over a year, mainly to help me sleep. My dr has given me the okay to stop taking it. I'm taking it every other night for a week and then will be completely off.
What, if any, withdrawl symptoms might occur?
I know everybody is different and I may have none.
I was just looking for some insight.

I too was on remeron for about 1 month, and that is what I did as well. To taper off, I took it every other day and then every third day. By the time I got to every third day, I just stopped.
You may notice a difference in your sleep pattern for a while, but then I really did not notice much else. Remember that remeron in its lower dosgages has a histamine effect, so it may make you sleepy, like in the begining. Good luck with that and congratulations. Linda
