Hi everyone! I've been working with the program for over three months. I started following one lesson every week and found it caused so much stress that I slowed down the pace. I found I needed more time to stop what if thinking and ending the constant worrying. So, I took a couple of weeks extra to get through these lessons. I'm up to obsessive scary thoughts and discovered I needed to get back to Lesson 3. I couldn't believe that I had forgotten the very core of this program, to stop the negative thinking!! The people I work with are all negative and it is very easy to get caught up with it and find yourself back were you began. I glad to say I've been off Zoloft for over three months. I have had anxiety off and on for 20 years and am glad to have found the tools to end it once and for all. I haven't had a panic attach, come close, since I've started. For all of you coming aboard, be patient. It took a long time to form these bad habits and it will take some time to adapt to new ones. Embrace the good times and know the good times will come again when you're faced with the bad ones. Beleive me, I still have bad days, but the tools this program has taught me give me the strength to keep on practicing positive thinking. Keep up the good work and most important, they're only thoughts and you can control them!
