I'm currently taking 125mg of Doxipin (an older tricyclic anti-depressant). Actually, I should say WAS taking 125mg; I've cut down to 100mg 2 days ago.

Is that the best way to cut back, 25mg at a time for a week or so or should I be alternating taking 125mg one night & then 100mg the next night, 125mg the next night, 100 the next for a week or so & THEN cut down to 100mg for a week or so?
