Yes. Our thinking can change the chemicals in our brain. Did you know that a hug produces a chemical reaction? Imagine getting a hug everytime you felt afraid. You would associate the fear with a hug on the way! Try your own experiment. Think of something fearful for 30 seconds and see how you feel. THen think of something warm and comforting for 30 seconds and see how you feel. The contrast is sometimes astonishing. Tammy
