Hi,
I wanted to share my good experience with Valerian herbal capsules. When I get very anxious, I take 2-3 grams of Valerian and it really makes me feel more relaxed and have less obsessive thoughts. I take it only when needed and no need to keep taking when I don't need it. It has helped me loads during extremely anxious periods. Hope this helps someone else too. |

Do you have depression too? I have heard that valerian can make depression worse.

Hi,
No, I don't have much depression. I have not noticed valerian making me depressed, but I'll keep an eye on it next time I need to be using it. Thank you for letting me know. |
