hi Corky1, yes i started taking them with meals, about a week ago Along with my various daily meds, i already feel different-less moody & more energetic. i hope i can still afford them when my free trail box finishes. In my opinion i think that everyone fighting their anxiety, depression & Stress should take them or atlease try them for a month. Take care.

SmilerHi Corky. I've been taking the vitamins now for about 2 weeks, and don't feel it yet, but I guess it takes a different amount of time for everyone. I am also on meds as well for depression/anxiety and the doctor told me it's ok to take the vitamins with the other drugs I'm on, but I made sure to ask just in case. There are a lot of good ingredients in the vitamins and I feel better for the fact I'm putting good things into my body.

Smiler Hi Christina! Yes, I asked the doctor and he said it's ok to take with the meds I'm on. It may not be for all meds, so check it out with your doctor first. I'm on Effexor, and Clonazepam. I haven't felt the effects of the vitamins yet, but I've noticed that I have to urinate a lot. Wondering if that's the vitamins cleaning out my system?

Peace and Hugs

Hi!

I took the vitamins for about 4 months and now take different ones from an online health-food "store" that seems to give more energy.

Hey guys, have any of you noticed more hunger after taking these vitamins. I have, and I gained weight since taking these. They do make me feel more energized, but hungrier. I exercise 5 days a week, 30 min a day. And it's not helping. Do you think I should stop taking them? Frowner

Hello!

Marrez ~ maybe giving a call to a reputable healthfood store and ask them your question might help. I've never heard of that before.

Christina ~ sure, I take something called SuperMom, that's a multi-vitamin type of supplement that even pregnant women can use in place of prenatals. There's even one for men called SuperDad! Funny huh? I found out about them through a homeschool/legal aid website. The company is called "Beeyoutiful."

About taking them with meds....I've been off of everything specifically for anxiety/depression since the spring. I'd almost be sure that you could take them with meds though. I have emailed Beeyoutiful other questions before and they have responded quickly and accurately, so maybe if you're really interested, you could email them and ask if you can take both at once.

God Bless,
Heather

Wow! LaConner? That sounds so familiar. Is that near Gold Bar? I live in Enumclaw, which is South King County - 50 mintues from Seattle.

Maybe we'll meet eachother at a homeschool conference or something!

God BLess,
Heather
