Hmm How do I explain this one.. Roll Eyes
Feels like my lungs just dont have enough strength to breath . Im breathing in and it feels like the oxygen is going no where , Like my lungs has holes in them ..It kinda feels like i have too much oxygen in my body. But its not hyperventilation . I have no tingling in my body anywhere. Just a feeling that my body is going to shut down. Slow motion I guess i could say?? I have it under control and im floating through the nasty feelings . ANyone else experience this ??

i've had that. it feels kinda like your lungs are at 90% capacity, and when you breath, your barely taking in any oxygen. i remember having this a few weeks ago. being a smoker, i didn't like it, lol. best thing to do is stay calm, and maybe do some breathing excercises. mine was gone the day after. prolly just some tension in my chest or back from stress. however, you know your body better than anyone, so there comes a time when not everything can be anxiety. i don't want to worry you, but, your body will tell you if its something serious, its just knowing the difference between the 2 is the problem i run into. i never like to read everything and blame everything on anxiety, because, lets face it, health problems DO happen, and people with anxiety are just as likely to suffer actual medical problems. so, never think EVERYTHING is your anxiety, and dismiss EVERYTHING. could you maybe give some info on yourself? age, family history of lung conditions, do you smoke, etc? chances are, its anxiety, because your body cannot live without oxygen, and if it has been going on all day or 2 days, and your still fine, chances are your ok.
