This song is by Incubus, it's called drive, When I heard this song I thought of us. It helps me to get through an anxious period. hope it works for you.

Sometimes, I feel the fear of uncertainty stinging clear.
And I can't help but ask myself
how much I'll let the fear take the wheel and steer.
It's driven me before,
and it seems to have a vague,
haunting mass appeal.
But lately I am beginning to find
that I should be the one behind the wheel.
Whatever tomorrow brings,
I'll be there with open arms and open eyes.
Whatever tomorrow brings,
I'll be there I'll be there
So if I decide to waiver my chance to be
one of the hive will I choose water over wine
and hold my own and drive?
It's driven me before and it seems to be the way
that everyone else gets around.
But lately I'm beginning to find
that when I drive myself my light is found.
Whatever tomorrow brings,
I'll be there with open arms and open eyes.
Yeah. Whatever tomorrow brings
Would you choose water over wine....
hold the wheel and drive?
Whatever tomorrow brings,
I'll be there with open arms and open eyes.
Whatever tomorrow brings,
I'll be there I'll be there

REMEMBER WHATEVER TOMMOROW BRINGS YOU'LL BE THERE.....

stay smiling, Amber

Oh wow I thought the same thing when I heard that song It's inspirational when I hear it. It makes me wonder if maybe he had anxiety disorder and got over it now.

I thought the exact same thing, I wondered if he had the disorder also, that would be neat to show society that emotional problems are real, and that they are treatable. If Incubus lead singer did or does have an anxiety disorder I am very proud of him to sing about it.

I sometimes think that if I became famous, I would go on national TV and tell everyone about this program. Lucinda does a great job spreading the message, and if someone famous struggled with this disorder and talked about it, it would be very inspirational to other people going through it. I wonder if an actor or famous musician ever went through this program, that would be pretty cool. I also noticed how you posted a topic about scary thoughts about your sexual identity. I was just wondering if you ever read my reply yet because I went through the same thing. Feel free to email me if you want any pointers on how to get over this thought.

Tony,
Actually Kim Bassinger suffers from Agoraphobia and panic attacks. I saw her interviewed and she stays in her house quite a bit....I wish she would do more in the way of becoming an advocate type thing.

I'm sorry Tony for not replying to you, but it sometimes makes me scared to write about it, I appreciate your help and any pointers you have. I am working on that fear as we speak.
