Fear, Failures, Being in control are obsessions of mine. It's like a wheel that rotates with no end in site. Death seems to be my way of being freed from the vicious cycle. I feel this way because I've been neglecting exercising and listening to the relaxation tape. It's a struggle, I must find time for me. I experience a panic attack crossing a bridge. but I was prepared, I knew what I was feeling and accepted the feeling. I was affraid, but I persevered. Thanks to the program, I am dealing with my anxiety. I will persevere....

Good luck, hang in there....I'm in the same boat with you. Exercise, it always helps, and do your best to give @ least some small amont of time to yourself. You can do it...hang in there!

Franklin,

Don't take yourself so seriously. What if you began to laugh at all the things you feared? Try that. Take one fear at a time and laugh at it. "Oh, Silly me. There's that fear again. So what. I can function in spite of it."

It will get better, Franklin. We've all been terrifed of our thoughts. It's a depressing situation at first but it doesn't have to be. You will look back at this later and understand. Be compassionate toward yourself. There is never any reason to beat yourself up. Say only kind and soothing things to yourself and remember that you are talking to your inner child. How do you talk to any child, Franklin? That's how you talk to yourself.

You'll make it. Never give up.
