Hi all,

I need a desperate answer to something that is reallllllly annoying me for the past 4 1/2 months. Sometimes when I am at work I notice my left ear getting reallly hot and the back of my neck getting warm. As I start to slow things down and relax, the heat goes away. Can anyone relate to this? Is this what they call a hotflash or is it something else. I try to place a search on Google but can't really find anything on warm ears. Is this related to stress/anxiety or something else. Is it due to my thoughts? Any help would be appreciated.
