Im exactly how you are. Sometimes...I just force myself to talk to ppl. It gets easier with time. And I also tend to avoid ppl. I dont know why though. Maybe I am afraid I will mess up somehow...but seriously..the other person doesnt really care if you say something stupid or embarass yourself. Usually they are worrying too much about themselves to notice. Dont worry though..It will get easier with practice and time.
