i went on the internet and got some relaxing and meditating music to help with depression. i have done this 2 times. and this mind relaxation cd is very bad, it made me depressed. precaution. do not listen to any audio tape with weird sounds, to cure depression you cannot just listen to a tape and heal

Are you talking about tapes that is other than the program we are on? I would think we have to be careful. I have found some that are fair that are just music and natural sounds that help me some time.

If you are speaking of subliminal tapes - I agree. I want to KNOW what is being said, for example if I am petrified of deep water...what if the script is about floating on the ocean...? IF subliminal suggestion works it would trigger me.
