Hi everyone. I stopped doing the program in March and am having difficulties getting back into it. I really know I need it and need to get better. I know in the program at the end of session 3 it says I will want to stop- well they weren't lying. I got half way through 4 and didn't touch it again. I'll try every so often putting the relaxation on, but I just get fustrated. Anyone have any ideas on how to get pass this? Should I start over? I know I need this. Hope everyone else is making lots of progress.

I, too, veered off the road a bit. I was doing fairly well through the end of April (session 6) but hadn't done anything since. I had been on business travel for 2 of the last 3 weeks and felt just overwhelmed with too many things to do whenever I was home. I, too, thought about returning to session 6 -- or earlier -- but decided to pick up from where I left off and I listened to session 7 last night and filled out the workbook. Valyou- Thank you! I was trying to give myself permission and was doing well with it, until lately I've been trying to go out and have been having really bad attacks. It would have been a good idea to keep the cards handy, but I did not -I am going to really try doing it again. Thanks again- I felt like such a failure.
Glen- Thank you! I was thinking of taking one week to go over and listen to and read lessons 1-3 then start at lesson 4 next week. I figured it would get fresh in my mind and I could get back on track with everything. Congrats on the meditation- I am glad it is working out for you. I use to have trouble with it, but hopefully when I get deeper into the program, I will beable to get into it and not have anticipated anxiety about it. Thanks for the suggestion. Hi, Mellissa.......I did the same thing. I'm still kickin' back here.....not feeling too motivated to get going again. But, I've decided to NOT beat myself up about it. I know the program is there, and one day (probably when I'm feeling desperate) I'll get back to it. I think we can sabotage ourselves from getting back in the groove by dwelling on how "bad" we are for taking a reprieve. I'm giving myself permission to take a break. Every now and then I refer to the card prompts from earlier lessons. Good reminders until I get going again. Valyou

It is nice to here from you. I would pick up right where you left off. I have been getting into meditation now also. This is helping me to get those racing thoughts slowed down. There are a lot of recorces out there to look into now days. Wayne Dyer has a lot of interesting things to look into. Keep on goin, You are always in my thoughts. Glen |
