Hello everyone,
I started the program the end of February, just finishing week 4 this week. Starting to feel better so thought I'd check out the website. I have challenges mostly with depression, or so I thought!! Now I recognize how much anxiety was underneath!! The first 2 weeks were really hard having to notice how often I had negative thoughts, but I didn't quit (yeah!!!!). Hope to check in and see how others are doing from time to time as we move through the rest of the kit. Thanks for "listening"! Kim |

Welcome aboard Kim! After the first week of the program I too realized that I was not just experiencing depression but anxiety. Now that I know this and I deal with the anxiety I don't feel depressed as much.
Since we have started the program at about the same time and we have some silmilar symptoms it will be interesting to see how we progress. |

I am real happy with this program. I was also having lots of depresion, and notice now about anxiety. I started feb 2, and now though am doing perfectly fine. I am so happy to live. Glen |
