Comment: I've been exercising every day.(walking) I found the perfect workout. DANCE! I danced and chased my 2year old around today. She loves to dance so we danced for 20min. nonstop. We had so much fun together it was great to listen to her laugh. It's great for bonding and making memories. It gets the heart going. It really made my day!

Vivian, I totally relate to your exercise regime. I watch my 2yr old grandson every morning. We dont dance exactly but in teaching him to ride his bike or just chasing him to change a diaper I get one heck of a workout by the time his mom comes home. Also there is no better music than the sound of a youngster belly laughing over a shared moment. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing, Bruce

I LOVE dancing! Actually I have this thing...when I have kids, regularly I want to have "dance time" where we just turn on some loud music and shake it all out. Haha. I grew up in a family where dancing was awkward, embarrassing, frowned upon, completely out of place in all situations. Therefore it wasn't til I was out on my own and in my 20s before I realized that it doesn't matter what people think about you. Good for you for fostering that attitude in your daughter from the very start!
