I always hated taking nap because i had ths thing i did not deserve to because i did not do much during the day. So now when i nap because i cant control it i feel so terrible when i get up like just crap. Does anyone have any advice and I cant deal with my anxiety because i am too tired to deal with it !!!!! if you have any advice i would appreciate it

eileenmatt; I was tired like that. I was anemic, I was also throwing up untill 4;pm every day for the first 7months. My Dr gave me Viatmine B shots that saved my babys life as my stomic mussesls were weakening and I could hardly hold her in. So he had me stay in bed for 2 weeks, and drove to my house to give me Vitaming B shots every other day.

that is a stronghold you probably grew up, the fact is your body is very busy, makeing a baby is not easy work, and you body has enough to do with that, and that always comes first, that baby will take all it needs, all you calcium, I know women who lost teeth because of that, and I was just reading last week the baby will take Omega 3 oils to build it's brane, and many women get post partom depression because they have no omega 3 left.

Perhaps that is a little to technical for the loveing little person you are building inside of you. I am only hopeing to help you realize exactly what you are busy doing. You do need extra rest, and nutrition, and exercise.

If you are drinking pop, or eating sugar you will feel like crap, because your adrenals are working over time with the natural stress of building a baby, and if you are adding to the problem by eating sugars and alot of carbs, caffen, nickateen, alcohol, (Please I am not accusing) only telling for a fact If you are not eating fruts, vegitables, eggs, meat, and little or no junk food, and sugar. You baby is haveing a hard time finding what it needs grow, and you will feel like crap because the baby will take everyting it needs from you so you must be replenishing tose nutrients, for the baby and for yourself.

Take good care of yourself during this construction of a human going on inside of you. You are rhe archetect of you future, be very good to you, for the sake of you baby. ((((((((HUG)))))))))

pregnancy will make you feel like you have never felt before. tired like never before, hungry like never before, ect. it is perfectly normal to feel really bad during the first few months of it. the baby growing will suck the life out of you. it is such a straining process. i really hope all the best for you. just try to sleep as much as you can at eat a healthy diet. take you prenatal vitamins too, they help a lot!

Hi, for all 3 of my pragnancies I never threw up but I was soooooooo tired. I would have to go back to bed for lunch!

It's totally normal at this time, and don't feel bad - let yourself sleep and think of this as a positive!

Relax, Enjoy and have fun!

Take care and God Bless Big Grin

Eileen,

I was so exhausted during my pregnancies it was ridiculous. This is normal- alot is happening to your body. If you can rest, then do it!Don;t worry about how much you're sleeping. It just means your body needs it.
As for the nausea and throwing up, I was had morning sickness very badly. Plain dry crackers always helped. Feel better!

hey i'm a guy dont shoot!!!

My ex-wife was very tired as i recall. you have to remember that you also have a little person feeding off you now. you have a life that is being built inside of you. it must be exhausting. i would think thats all very normal. my ex wasnt sick though. (dont hate) as a matter of fact she didnt change too much through any of it except in girth. and i didnt mind that i thought she was beautiful. she had my little boy in there. try to eat you need to keep up you strenght and the babies. you'll find something that you can hold down even if it's pudding.or try insure, thats good stuff.

Hello Eileen,

I think of you often, hoping you're pregnancy is going well for you! A couple of suggestions, on top of the other great ones already, would be to make sure you're drinking plenty, plenty of water. With my first five babies, I didn't, and paid a price. With my sixth, I drank and drank. I even kept a chart. That helped me alot. The next thing to suggest is to take a look at this website I found through a magazine advertisement. It's called www.beeyoutiful.com. Anyway, I will be trying the "Super Mom" vitamins very soon, but I see they have an all-natural type of supplement that is supposed to help with nausea. If I was pregnant again, I think I'll try it out as well!

God Bless you Eileen for carrying a beautiful little life inside you!!!

Heather

hey there,
dont worry as everyone has said, being tired, especially in the first trimester is completley normal. If you are concerned about nutrition take prenatals, and they also make healthy mothter Ensure drinks. I drank one everyday when I was pregnant with my daughter in fear I wasnt eating enough or didnt always have healthy food. Hang in there!
