Hello--I am 11 weeks pregnant, and so far it has been VERY rough. Vomiting every morning. This is my third, and this is new: a few times, I have noticed streaks of blood when getting sick. I have been to the ER three times for this, and they do lots of bloodwork and tell me that I have likely torn my esophagus from vomiting so violently, hence the blood. I had a chest x-ray that was normal, and my CBC is always normal. I've asked the docs if I could be bleeding in my lungs or stomach (cause I'm a hypochondriac), and they have all said no, it is most likely my throat from vomiting.
Still...I have a hard time just accepting that the docs know what they are talking about and moving on. So I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen, pregnant or not?

Hi...Just wanted to let you know that all that happened to me when I was pregnant with my son...he is now 10 mths old. It's just from getting sick all the time your throat gets irritated...trying eating cold fruit or veggies to calm your throat since eating can irritate your nausea try something mild. You are FINE!!! Don't worry....
