Thought it would be fun if people post their favorite inspirational quotes.

A dear friend in her 80's once told me:

"Sometimes a kick in the pants is a push in the right direction."

Love it!

And I have this one posted in my office:

LOVE the Shaw quote! This is exactly how I feel sometimes, and this really puts my self-centered nature in check. Thanks!

It's so coincidental that Tim Russert's son read that same George Bernard Shaw quote today at his father's memorial service.

I love the Carl Sandburg one too! Gonna have to remember that one.
