Hey, I've decided to start using the program for the 2943820th time well i decided 3 weeks ago and so for the last 3 weeks i've been listening to the lesson cds, doing the homework and most importantly listening to the relaxation cd 3X a day and I must say things are starting to change.
I know many people wonder if this program can really help and could use some motivation so here it is. Here is what i've noticed so far; I'm not as afraid of anxiety attacks I'm a bit less spacy I feel more connected with others I can participate in conversations more My sex drive has increased I'm more creative, especially with replacing negative thoughts I'm more motivated More hopeful And a bit less moody I truely believe that the biggest part of this is utilizing the relaxation cd 2-3X a day...I've used guided meditations 3X a day for a few weeks but it wasn't the same, there is something about the progressive muscle relaxation that just makes it last more. Neways I hope this helps and after seeing Steven Farris's video and being suggested that i make a video too, I've decided that this will be a goal once I finally overcome the struggles with anxiety and depression. Stay tuned. Mike Intelligent people are ones who have knowledge and insist things to be right. Wise people also have knowledge but they are the ones who can use it to benefit everybody instead of being right. |
