I am on session 2 now and as I listen and as I scan the guide book there are a lot of references to the spouse or significant other or even parents giving one support. Well, the thing is I don't feel like I would have much of a problem if I had someone. My SO left me pretty soon after my problems with anxiety got real bad. In fact part of the trigger was his affair. Feeling all alone here. Anyone else in my boat?

Hi Sissie, I understand how you feel. I have one friend in Florida I have been able to talk to but she is available on a limited basis and has a whole bunch of issues going on in her life too. My husband and I also almost split up a few months ago and even though things have gotten better, we still have touch and go days. For so long I felt like I had to hide things from him (and I did) but I finally just got tired of it and got to a point of, you know what this is me, right now, messed up and all. One of the things that has helped me has been joining this forum because there is so much support here. I hope you are able to find the support you need in your life and here too. God Bless.

Hi, I'm marries to a wonderfull person supportive person but i still fell alone. I have abandonment issues from my dad's death early in my life. We can all feel lonley if we choose. We are not alone.
