Jenny, I dropped the program about 6 months ago do to many reasons but one of them was I couldn't find time for it either. I've restarted the program this past weekend and am making a commitment to find the time. I know it isn't easy. Especially you having to work two job...that is definitely taxing on you. Can you listen to the cds on your way to work or on way home from work? Can you listen to the relaxation tape once at work during your lunch hour and once before bed time? How about journaling during your lunch hour too or right before listening to your relaxation tape at night? Can you split up the tapes...listen to the first side while cooking dinner, then listen to the rest while cleaning up the house or while doing your exercise? I know I was running into a problem because of my black and white thinking. I thought if I couldn't do it all at once well then I just couldn't do it but it's ok if we don't listen to all of the tape in one sitting. It's even ok if we only listen to half of the tape one day and the other half another day. Make the program fit your life. Can you find a convenient way to break it up? 15 minutes here, 10 minutes there? You will be so glad you have done this for yourself. Some days will be harder than others to fit in the program but you can go at your own pace. Take 2 weeks instead of 1 to finish each lesson. That's ok. Just keep making the effort and baby steps to work in the program. I hope this helps a little. Take care. You will find your way  Best wishes.
