After having been in a severe insomnia zone for about a week, sleeping only a few hours a night, even with medication, I knew I needed answers. I felt an unspoken fear that kept nagging at me and made me not feel I could relax and go to sleep. I went to a book I've had for a while, "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J. Bourne, Phd. It's an excellent reference book for us. In the back, there is a wonderful chapter (Chapter 19) called "Meaning, Purpose and Spirituality" which asks us to contact our Higher Power (as in God) to assist us with our problem. Also Chapter 18, "Fears From the Past, talks about our core fears actually falling into one of a number of limited categories. I was so comforted that I slept 10 hours last night. I still used medication, but before, even the medication wasn't helping me. I still feel peaceful and calm today. I hope this helps even one of you who is reading this today. AJMOON

I'm so gald you are finally breaking the non-sleep cycle! 10 hours is a really good, long sleep. It sounds to me like you're starting to recover! Keep up the good work
