hi everyone ,
There were manytime when I came in the forum, ready to post a question, and Id always find that someone was asking the same question. Its been so helpful as well to read all the different topics and replys because we all share the same experiences. I took a break some weeks ago from ,not just the program, (my second time going thru it) but from any books on anxiety and my tapes. I was feeling at the time, a bit confused because I was working at this day and night(FRANTICALLY) and i was feeling anxious just about everyday. I found that I was giving
my surroundings a rest. I put all my material away....out of sight.and yes out of mind......
my anxiety level went down gradually. i knew what to do if my level went up. i knew what to do if i had a panic attack. i still think about techniques once a day as a reminder that I could still have an attack but i dont need to be afraid...just ride it in like a wave. I WAS AT A POINT WHERE TAKING A BREAK FROM THE PROGRAM WOULD BENIFIT ME. BEST WISHES TO YOU ALL.
