I would like to say that I had wonderful experience with customer service. I was going to have to send the program back because of some financial issues I encountered and MWC bent over backwards to help me work out a payment plan so I could keep it. Thank goodness for that - because I use this program every day!

MWC went way beyond the call of duty to help me when I decided I couldn't afford the program...like Scarymom, they offered a plan that allowed me to keep the program and I am forever grateful. Everytime I have talked with them they have been kind, courteous and sincere. I really couldn't ask for better service than what I have received from MWC. I hope no one gets discouraged from one disgruntled customer service rep and if you have one, find out their name and advise MWC immediately. Blessings, Judy

All I have to say is: WORD! What a shady business practice! I ordered AA&D, NOT pills. Why not suggest them on the website for people who may be interested? Don't force them on people and just start charging away on their credit cards. |
