Hi everyone!! Today, at the end of an aerobic class....the last five minutes are for stretching and relaxing....the most beautiful music was playing, Spanish melody. I swear, i went straight to heaven! I've had experiences like this before, sometimes during meditation or prayer or at a time in my life when I need it. Anyway, there i was, lying on the floor, this gorgeous music filling the room and ME!! This time i didn't stop the feeling with interruptions of my mind! I was whole, no part of me got in the way of this experience, if you know what i mean. Suddenly, this scene appeared before me, in my mind's eye. Little people, i guess children, wake up....into this thing called Life! (some mystics call this life the Dreamstate, but in this vision we are coming out of some dream, or perhaps just some 'other' dimension...into Life) And there we are, in awe of this wondrous place...we've entered into another kind of Paradise! We have been given these amazing gifts...our five senses...some of us have more than others (nobody is perfect) and also, spirit and mind and emotions, all contained within a body! It's this wondrous place and we're all so curious and excited. We're dancing, singing,rejoicing and celebrating! We know this is a short visit and that's okay. A short visit to a planet called "Life". It is ours to do with as we choose. That was the image, and i was filled with complete and utter joy and excitement! And i saw how death of this temporary gift was not a sad or awful thing. And this was Truth. The Truth that lies, eternally, beneath it all. Experiences and traumas, from birth onward, can make this 'Reality' seem unattainable. We become 'separate' from this place so quickly. There are so many obstacles to go through on our journey 'back' to ourselves....to come full circle...to 'remember' how Glorious we truly are. This seems to be our task here. Did you ever see that movie "Ghost"....when he returns to see his lover after he has died, and he says "Listen! You know that love inside of us?......you take it with you!" That means that it was there before, and will be there after. Love is eternal. Fear is not! Fear is something created by humans and injected into other humans, and it CAN be let go of. Once, long ago, fear was our only way to survive....now, it only blocks our way into Life and we need to rediscover how SAFE we really are!!! God bless everyone, lindi

WOw! What a neat way of looking at 'life'...what a cool image you had there...I hope you can call on it again and again whenever you need to see things that way. I bet you that IS how God would kinda have us see life. Thanks for sharing
