Hello everyone..New to this forum..I have severe anxiety and panic attacks, along with depression and also PCOS, which I know alot of this derives from. When I get a panic attack, I feel like I'm about to have a heart attack and I've recently become I guess what you call a hermit in my own house except I do have to go to work but I rush home just so I don't have to see anybody else. When I have a panic attack I feel like I'm a crazy person, like what is wrong with me?? I'm not on any meds haven't addressed this with my doctor b/c I'm almost ashamed to go in to her with this b/c I don't want anyone to think I'm a crazy person. I do have PCOS (polycystic Ovavian Syndrome) which is a major onset cause of alot of my issues..Just wanted to post my issues and see if anyone has any advise and has expericienced extreme anxiety/panic disorder due to PCOS.. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

From what I've read, the feeling of going insane is one of the top three symptoms that accompany panic disorder (along with the fear of dying and the fear of passing out). So, you're normal!

The good thing is that you're worried about it. Truly insane people generally aren't concerned about going crazy.
