I know that in the workbook there is a phone number to call to talk about issues, but is there a number I can call, say like when I am driving down the road and need to hear a voice for coaching to get me threw panic attacks? I know the program says that we are our safe places, but sometimes just knowing there is a number to call and someone will be there for a minute or two of coaching would really help.

Not that I'm aware of. But if you find out otherwise, please let me know too.

You can purchase six coaching sessions thru the program but they cost like 70 bucks a pop.

There is a bonus CD called "Feel Better Fast", at the very end of the session (in the last box) specifically designed and recorded for "emergency purposes" when you are feelings especially anxious, angry, depressed, etc. It is only 20 minutes long, so very easy to get through when you need it at a moment's notice.
