I had a pretty long day today. I just got back from church, head throbbing a bit from being surrounded by crowd for an hour or so. Anybody know any remedies? Should I watch a comedy, do relaxation session, pray, or what?

Take a hot bath and take some advil. Tension headaches also respond to massage. So get someone to massage your head and neck.

I get horrible anxiety related headaches too. I take meds. but still get them almost every day. Any advice-the hot bath or shower helps, as does massage sometimes

I get tension headaches to right in the back of neck and then up my head. at first I thought they were migraines but my migrain medicine wouldn't work. So I started taking my muscle relaxers and laying down for a while it seems to help.
