Session 3's "action assignments" mentions a newsletter that lists recommended reading. Anyone know if this is online or what?? Thanks!

The only newsletter I've seen is the ones that are printed in the workbooks... not sure if there are others or not but I haven't seen any.

Thanks for your reply. I'm up to Session 3 only. I haven't noticed any newsletters in the worksbooks yet. Is that farther along in the series?

I think the newsletter are the articles at the end of the sessions in the workbook from the LESS STRESS PRESS.

we used to do a seasonal subscription newsletter and a free on line one monthly. There may be a way to access the old issues...not sure...will find out. It wasn't cost effective so we had to discontinue. I am hoping we will be able to do it again. I enjoyed putting them together.
