i am having to take ativan at night to get any sleep and even then i don't alway sleep well. THe main thing at night is i deal with is the body sensations tingles muscle jerks rapid breathing fainting sensation. my program should be here any day.i hope it is today. i don't like taking the addictive med but i gotta sleep some. any feedback anyone. THanks.
