I've been in this program for a week. Started sssion 3 today! Seems like most of the stuff so far I've heard & tried before I'm 49 & have had aniety since I was 10, that wa my first panic attack. I take 2 xanax every morning just so I can go to work. Don't have many panic attacks anymore, just lots of negative thoughts & depression! Depression has ben a bigger problem for me the past few years & has gotten worse this past year! It's hard to run a business & find time to keep up with the program. I hope I can stay committed. I have to go take care of my mom in a few weks who has cancr. She stats her 4th chemo treatment tomorrow. She's in MT & I'm in NM. I plan to stay with her a month. The guilt of leaving my husband on his own to run our business is tearing me up. I'm not sure if this program is right for me either. I'm having a hard time just understanding how all this online stuff works. I've been requesting tech help all last week & have yet to get somone to answer & help me out. I have untll the 30th, maaybe I'll just save myself the money & frustration & return the program. Good luck at whatever you decide to do! Nobody said it was gonna be easy!

When I first started I did the new CD every week. I have been in the program for about 12 weeks and I am on lesson 8. I am working through the CD's, but the action assignments are lacking. I think I need to go back and work the action assignments more.

Thanks for just replying & letting me know you are out there. I've been feeling so isolated since i don't know much about this online support group. I keep calling & e-mailing for support but no one answers me. Glad to know you're out there1 Is it worth sticking with the program? Does it help with depresion/suicidal thoughts? I'm at the end of my rope. I'm real tired of calling the 911/crisis line (ust a metaphor, not serious) & being put on hold! my best friend killed hersekf 3 years ago cuz no one really responded to her. She cut off her real friens 2 years earlier. I have thougths of dying but am too anal & selfish to go thru with it. Is that normal? I hope to hear from you again. Thanks again for responding!!! Bless You!!!

Hey Diamond Girl Friend! I'm feeling overwhelmed too! I've been on this program very seriously for 11 days now. Somedays I wake-up in a good mood & some not! I'm beginning to think this is another money scam! I've been down this road for over 40 years now, it just getbold afternawhile! This is my last hope, & I surley can't afford it! Everyone promises a guarantee cure but so far it hasn't happened. I'm patient but this is ridiculous! I may just send the program back & just survive as I have always done. I don't have this kind of money to spend on a maybe anymore. You do what you gotta do, hopefully I'll feel different tomorrow! Good luck to you!

I have listened to two tapes so far and all I put up with the first one being a testimonial. As far as advise, there is nothing I have not tried, from reading books and eventually web sites. One thing that I REALLY hated was on one of the video's "If every thing you wanted is not enough, want LESS Harold Kushner wrote a book by this title, at least 20 years ago. thats a book

I agree that the time "required" by the program is pretty ridiculous. I think if your anxiety is debilitating to the point where you can't leave the house and you're having panic attacks on a regular basis, it may be necessary to devote an hour or so a day to this. I, however, believe that you can gain insight into and control over your anxiety without letting the program dictate your life. I mean, it's in our nature to obsess over things and feel disappointed in ourselves if we don't do what we think we should do. In my case, I make a point to do one program-related activity a day. I think that's perfectly reasonable. Good luck!
