Anyone on here currently working on the program?
I did lesson 1 and 2 in the 7 day schedule that is outlined in the workbook. It states to follow the 7-day schedule because of something about habits.
Okay starting Lesson 3 and it just seems too much to grasp...I still don't think I remember everything from Lesson 2?
Thanks anyone.

ooo..that's an easy one. Smiler Lucinda says (as do many who do the program) that you should go through the program at your own pace. Soo..if it takes you 2-3 weeks to grasp one of the CD's--by all means take that time. Don't move on until you feel like you're ready for the next step.

I know I spent two weeks on Lesson 2 because I needed it. Smiler

Then how come in the workbook "weekly shedule"..after Day 7 it/she says "Even if you are not sure---you are ready to begin the next lesson"
Also "Attacking anxiety and depression is all about breaking thinking and reacting habits--that is why this schedule is so important" Page C of the workbook???

You know its been a while since Ive gone through the program but if I'm not mistaken don't you review the previous week as one of your assignments? So if you are in week 3 I think one of the assignments is to review week 2...or does that not happen until later in the program? Either way go at your own pace...if you feel you need to go through week 2 again, by all means do it, regardless of what the work book says. You aren't going to remember everything, and there is no test afterwards so you go with what you feel is best. I, personally, kept going on but I reviewed other CDs when I felt I needed it.

Good luck to you!
