My boss told my coworker that I am a flake. She defended me to him, and I am grateful. But I cannot stop thinking about it. I want to stop. Please help me to stop this thought from going over and over. Thank you.

What part of your boss telling your coworker that you are a flake, bothers you? You need to know the underlying cause and then address this.

Intelligent people are ones who have knowledge and insist things to be right.

Wise people also have knowledge but they are the ones who can use it to benefit everybody instead of being right.
