I just wanted to wish everyone the best of luck starting the program. I ordered it two months ago and got half way through session one. I know I need this program. I was wondering if anyone had any words of encouragement or suggestions???

Hi Dave, I noticed that it has been two months and you are only on session 1. I know that it is hard to stick to the tapes on a weekly basis. But you have to try and do just that. I made it to the week 5 or 6 before I started procrastinating and just going at my own pace. I think you should finish session 1 off and get through to sessions 2 and 3. Any help you need with that? Is there a particular reason that you are not finished with session 1 yet? If you think session 1 is good, you should listen to session 2 and session 3. Let me know how it goes.

Press on, my friend! I'm encouraging you because I can easily anticipate the same thing happening to me. It makes me nervous to listen to the program, because popping in a tape or CD is an act of turning around and facing my biggest fear, which apparently is fear itself. Draw upon your analytical nature: listen to the program with a critical ear. I don't agree with everything that's being said, but while I'm making up my own mind about it, I'm finding that the constant knot in my stomach is going away.

And I hope all is well. Your post are very encourging. I have decided to start over this week, since its been awhile that I have listened to Session 1. I usually go to my theripst on Mondays and I am doing a lot better that two months ago now that I am on meds and see her. Some things have been going on at work too, but now seems like as good a time as any. Also, it is part of my home work to vist the peer group at least twice, but I'm going to try and get here everyday. I will let you know how it goes jasminemody and the best of luck minstrel, let me know how it goes. I like your pic by the way. lol.
