Hello,

Did anyone feel a little anxious when reading the depression checklist on page 2-14. I know I did. Same old story, you know: Oh man which one of these apply me etc.. Generally I have always ignored the depression part of my problem. I believe I avoided this out of fear. However, thinking back now my depression almost always occurs after the anxiety, which is reassuring because I'm already much improved with reagrd to the negative triggers that bring on the anxiety. What is interesting to me and reassuring is that this program reveals that the two conditions A&D are very much related.

YES, I thought I had them all. I went through a bad depression when I was 30 yrs., so when I read anything about depression, I get scared, like I just want to block out what I went through. But if I never went through a depression, I would have never known what I suffered from and how long it took me to get to that depression, without even knowing what was happening to me. I think God was giving me a wake up call. At least now, I can see where I was and where I want to be. Suzzie

I think that's what is good about this program , it's helping me not to fear these responses that I sometimes have to anxiety (like depression). Its been getting much easier to lift up after being a little down.

I was just happy to know that these feelings are "real" and there is a way out.
