Believe it or not... I finally made it to Session 3 My fiancee on the other hand.. lets not ask..LOL.. But I have started walking again with my dogs. have to do 1 at a time.. mine likes long fast walks like I do.. I'm a power alker.. start slow and work up the stride. And his dogs.. well, tried it ONCE with him and well, he decided he was done in the middle of the walk, just sat down in the middle of the street! And He just sat there! I had to give him a little kick in the behind to get him goin again, and when he saw home in sight he did it again, so I took the leash off and told him if he wanted to stay there OK I was goin home..lol
But at least I am getting out of the house into the fresh air again.. Good Move! And good for the weight and lungs! Thanks to the tapes!
