It's probably a matter of not understanding it too. I say just talk to them openly about it and let them know how you feel and try to be informative to them about what happens, how you feel, and what you're doing about it. Sometimes it can be tough to talk about things, but once you help them understand better then you won't have to worry about it anymore. If you don't talk to them though. It will probably just stay the same. They won't know that their thinking isn't accurate. I would suggest you tell them how you feel and educate them. Good Luck with everything
