Keep focused on week 5!! It's all about diet and nutrition.. Which is soooo important... It's even important to people who aren't having issued with anxiety.
We are so lucky to be in session 5 during the week of Thanksgiving! Take this opportunity to really focus on what you are consuming! This is a great sesssion to not only reduce anxiety immensly, but also to avoid putting on those extra holiday pounds! :]

I'm sick and have missed two whole days. I was hoping to be done with session 4 and onto session 5 by today. I'm not going to stress over it and will even give myself another day off if need be until I feel better. You'll be fine, just pick back up and move forward, pinkee

Hi, DIAA. You've been very kind to me, thanks. I can definitely tell you that my belief is that difficulty with focus is part of who we are!! In meeting, I'm always thinking about something else I need to do, or work on, and I catch myself doing that with my family too!! It definitely is a time-consuming program. One thing that does help me is going to my bedroom and closing the door to listen to my CDs in order to focus. I won't allow myself to turn on the TV or do anything else. I actually like the quite, and my family has been pretty good about respecting it. Hugs to you!!

I play cards such as spades, or Go Fish online while I listen to the sessions. Helps me alot, pinkee
