The sessions, in my opinion, go hand in hand. I would say you are probably missing some important steps, pinkee

AJ, just in my opinion I don't think that you should skip any of the sessions. We have to keep in mind that this program was developed for people with mild to severe anxiety so everything might not suit you completely fit. and what you will also learn is even tho they are not talking about anxiety directly so to speak assertive behavior effects your anxiety indirectly. Im just offering a suggestion, but I think they built this a certain way and I dont want you to be discouraged.

Have to agree with pinkeetoz and marie85. aj85, you should follow the program the way it has been designed(assertive!) I feel like skipping sessions sometimes too (what has this got to do with my anxiety?), but anxiety is a complex, systemic problem that affects your whole way of thinking. Hey, it's one week. I'm having a bad(down) day and did my session 8 workbook homework, and peer support anyway, and feel much better for it. Keep at it, and remember there are always people here to help motivate you.
