Looking for hope, support, and positive reinforcement.

I have the same issue. I think that you should review the past sessions as much as you like. You don't have to do the whole thing over like in the workbook and stuff but just give the cd a listen again just for a reminder...that's what i do and seems to help out a lot.

Hey aj,

Do what makes it work for you!!!
It certainly won't hurt anything to review previous sessions. I have gone back over some of the sessions for review as needed. Session 3 is one that many repeat throughout the program. The great thing is that it's ok to work it in a way that works best for each person. More important to redo than underdo.

Just relax and enjoy each step on your journey.

Best wishes to you! Smiler

I find it hard to listen to the audio stuff...im more of a hands on person. Personally, my advice would be to go over the work book and utilize those wallet cards. Pin up the wallet cards somewhere where you work or frequently rest your eyes. The bathroom wall would probably be a good place.

Aj85, there is some good advice in this thread!
My suggestion is listen to the Professionals and Experts who have created this Program... Keep going forward. You didn't have to go back and redo 2nd Grade, did you? When the teacher said you passed - you went on to the next grade without question! Somehow you learned what you needed to know back then and brought those lessons along with you through your whole life. I have to be careful with this temptation because getting bogged down is easy for me to do. I have put all of the sessions on my MP3 player and listen to them when I have free time or feel the need for a refresher. Progress AJ, improvement comes with how much we practice what we've learned. And Congratulations!!! on getting through sessions 1 thru 5 already. You have really accomplished a lot! seadog

The MP3 idea is great. I traveled over the Holidays and was missing my tapes. Never thought about using my MP3 player because I did take it with me.
