Over the weekend I had a really bad migraine on & off until Tuesday. Along with the migraine I was feeling a little off balance at times I was reassures that is common with migraines. Well yesterday & today I had no headache or anything & I've still been getting the off balance spells. I'm totally FREAKING out!!! I dislike this most of all because I can't ignore it or take anything to make it stop! So now its been like 5 days of this off balance stuff. Does anyone else get this or had this or any ideads of how to stop it?!

Yankee - Welcome to the world of anxiety. I do not suffer from migraines but I have had alot of the same problems. For me, I determined that I was doing alot of shallow breathing when I was anxious, and when that happened I was dizzy and off balance alot. My wife will now, as well as me, watch for that and try to stop it before it happens. Hope this will help, it has for me. Sounds crazy, but I remind myself to breath deeply all the time, and it is better.

I have physical symptoms when I am taking alot of shallow breaths too. I do the same, remind myself all day to do some deep breathing exercises. pinkee
