Well on am starting Week 5 today! I have to say I actually am doing better! I am now completely off caffeine and I am watching my sugars. Eating better has actually made me feel better and the water is helping too! I have lost 10 pounds since getting on the program...all in healthy ways, diet and walking! We can do this! We can feel better about ourselves and reduce the anxiety and stop the panic attacks! Here to Week 5!!

I'm very happy that you have been doing all the right things with diet and exercise and have lost 10 lbs. I have been struggling with my weight so much that it feels like a losing battle. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week so exercise is not the problem. I know I have a sweet tooth and crave carbohydrates, especially when I'm stressed or hungry. I wish I could find a mentor to help me with the dieting part. Keep up the good work, you're obviously getting it right.
