It seems like this is probably a problem for a lot of people now. How do you control anxiety and depression when you have a legitimate stressor, such as large debt?

Here is to a new you, a new life, a new way of being. |
I'd like to hear the responses to this, as well. I have a lot of debt and it's something that definitely doesn't help my anxiety!
hugs&kisses, Karilynn I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain. Frank Herbert "How you climb up the mountain is just as important as how you get down the mountain. And, so it is with life, which for many of us becomes one big test followed by one big lesson. In the end, it all comes down to one word: grace. It's how you accept winning and losing, good luck and bad luck, darkness and the light." |

Let me ask a few questions for you to ask yourself.
How much debt do you have? Do you have a plan or budget to pay it back? Can you cut up your cards and live on income only? What resources have you researched to help you answer these questions? Having a plan and knowledge help reduce stress and anxiety. Paying off debts can make you feel really good. |
