never hurts to talk about it....

my dad actually died when I was 8.... and that was almost easy... I was too young to understand what happened or what that meant! Looking back, I still miss things I never did, like fishing, camping, etc... doing the father son things....

I do remember 2 things... him teaching me to tie my shoes, and to ride a bike.. Oh, I do remember us being on a swing from a tree up in the woods once...

funny how I could remember those...

I have not been on these boards too much. How old are you? when did your dad pass? Give me the details please so we can chat..
