1. It would be nice ot have a dedicated forum for sharing creative energies (as we seem to be predisposed to much of this gift - imagining so MANY things SO intensely) as Lucinda says put those energies to good use.

2. A number of participants would like to put together a CHAT room for real time use - please respond if you are interested and we will put together a list and notify once one is up and running unless MWC would like to add this functionality to their site...

Hi nieghbor! I love Wisconsin too. I personaly think it's more beautiful than Minnesota. It seems to have a lot more hills and trees to look at when you are driving through it. I am a frequent visitor to Hudson and the Saint Croix River Valley, I think it's the most beautiful part of both of our wonderful states.

Hi everyone! By a 'real chatroom' do you mean talking in real-time? If so, i know i require ICQ. I am brand new to this computer world (have had one, a very old one, for about 8 weeks now..never used one prior to that) I have tried to download ICQ several times and it seems very complicated. Does anyone know a simple way to go about this, or WHICH ICQ to download?? I also would love to see this chatroom happen! If downloading this ICQ is too complicated to explain, i'm sure i can find somebody to show me. Thank's! God bless, Lindi

Hi Lindi-
ICQ will not be required for the chat. When I get it up and running, you will simply follow a link to the chat area. The web page will download the program you need automatically. (It is a Java chat client, but no need to understand all that kind of thing.) I believe you will find it easy to use.

Hooray!! I have been wanting a chat room here too. I don't visit here too often anymore since I discovered chat. I tend to want realtime advice. When I have a problem I need an answer or idea quick! Please let me know when this is put into place. I would really appreciate it. Thanks ~Flutterby

yes - I too want immediate response - but it still requires patience to wait and ther is less chance for me to interrupt someone when they are "chatting" than on the phone or in person so it still requires listening somewhat. It looks like Scott is our man and is working on it - I know they prbably want to set servers up and install java scripting to allow the widest range to participate...this takes a bit of time to accomplish - so hopefully soon..
